Conditions of Exchange / Refund
Return, Exchange or Refund Guidelines

1. All returned merchandise must have all labels/tags and original packaging. The item must be undamaged. We will not accept any non-compliant items for exchange.

All returned merchandise must be with all tags and original packaging attached. All returned merchandise must not be damaged. We will not accept any items that are not in this condition.

2. The shipping cost of the replacement should be borne by the customer.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Please ensure that all returned items are properly packaged. For example, if the exchanged item is shoes, please make sure that the shoe box used is correct. Since the shoe box is also part of the product, we will not accept returned footwear with damaged shoe boxes.

Please ensure all returned items are well packaged. If returning footwear, please make sure the shoebox is packed with an outer layer. As the shoebox is part of the product, we will not accept returned footwear with a damaged shoebox.

4. If the item you received is incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 5 days from the date of receipt of the order. Upon receipt of the package, please provide your order number, photos of incorrect or damaged items, and all relevant references.

For any incorrect or defective items, please contact us within 5 days from the date you received your order. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references upon receiving your package to service@stuff-official. co

5. Please note that discounted items cannot be exchanged/returned.

Please note sale items CANNOT be returned or exchanged.

6. In case of any disputes, Chic Beauty Insider reserves the right of final decision.
